The Gear Changer is a personal development hub for cyclists who want to explore their identity and career options off the bike.
Trying to forge a career as a cyclist is hard, especially if you need to fit your training and racing alongside your work commitments. We make this easier by giving you access to proven personal development strategies and resources as well as insights from current and former riders who have navigated this road successfully.
So whether you are an amateur cyclist with ambitions to ride at Elite level and above or a professional who is reaching the end of your contract, our goal is to do everything it takes to help you find a new sense of purpose and direction beyond bike racing.
